Main Responsibilities

-          Product Developing

？ Work together with R&D Italy for Product Design

？ Build Prototypes with Support from Engineering Lab

？ Lead ESL (Engineering Sample Lot)

？ Lead MSL (Manufacturing Sample Lot) to smoothly bring the new products for Mass Production

-          Develop and follow project plan (schedule, resource, and cost), and report project status to senior management team at project review meeting

-          Manage Product BOM Cost with Purchasing Dept.

-          Follows the NPD process to correctly manage and update all documentation relating to the project

-          Engage with customer. Understand latest requirements and technologies

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: 

-          Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields.

-          Proficient in verbal and written English (Italian Preferred)

-          2+ years electrical product developing experience

-          5+ years of working experience

-          Experienced in managing end-to-end product development

-          Strong analytical/problem solving skills, time management and awareness of business and finance implications

-          Positive Thinking, Positive Action

-          Strong at innovation, initiative, professionalism, organizational and interpersonal skills, teamwork, integrity, accountability and sense of urgency

-          General office and PC skills including Project Management Tools

-          产品开发

？ 协同意大利研发工程师做产品设计

？ 协同工程试验室制作样品

？ 主导ESL（工程样品小批量试制）

？ 主导MSL（量产小批量试制）以顺利将产品导入生产

-          制作并执行项目计划（进程，资源，成本），定期向高阶主管汇报项目状况

-          在采购部门的配合下管理产品BOM成本

-          遵照新产品开发流程，准确的管理和更新项目文档

-          对接客户，掌握客户的需求和行业***动态

基本要求：

-          机械或相关专业大专以上学历

-          英语读写熟练（会意大利语优先）.

-          两年以上机电产品开发经验

-          五年以上工作经验

-          有全流程产品开发经验

-          超强的分析问题、解决问题能力，有时间管理、业务管理和财务相关的知识

-          正向思维，积极行动

-          创新，***精神，专家精神，组织和人际技巧，团队精神，诚信可靠，风险意识，紧迫意识

-          基本的MS软件使用技巧，会使用项目管理软件
