主要职责：

1. 负责审核、追踪、确认供应商的改进报告和实施结果。需要时可以现场实地检查评估，进行辅导。一旦有需要时，要能够支持审核和评估新供应商。

2. 参与新供应商开发与审核，与采购、研发部门一起对新供应商行考核打分；定期审核和监督已经批准的供应商，并跟进供应商行动计划。

3. 主导新供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；

4. 负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量，由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题要及时反馈并要求供应商改善；

5. 负责制定进货检验部门的检验规范及检验计划，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；

6. 更进客户投诉，并提供由供应商引起问题的解决方案。

7. 每月或每季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；

8. 完成经理安排的其他任务   

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上塑料、焊接、铸造工艺、涂装工艺、钢压机、装配部件和相关试验的质量控制经验；

3. 具有压缩机和气动/油动工具鉴定方面的经验/知识；

4. 良好的英语读说写能力；

5. 熟练使用Word、excel软件和统计工具；

6. 了解APQP和PPAP方法；

7. 以解决问题为导向，能够领导/说服供应商提供有效的解决方案。

8. 在供应商和部件的评估方面，了解采购逻辑、工程逻辑和流程。

9. 具有产品质量评估和质量趋势分析的QC工具经验

10. 具有CPK、FMEA、R&R方面的经验

Main Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for audit, tracking and confirming supplier process improvements, reports and implementation results, site assessment checking and counseling can lead in necessary. 

Able in case of need to support the Audit and Evaluation of new suppliers. 

2.Get involved in new suppliers’ development, assessment, and scoring, with Purchasing and Engineering. Audit and monitor approved suppliers regularly and follow up supplier action plans.

3. Lead to evaluate initial samples inspection and release new suppliers. 

4.Responsible for guaranteeing the quality of materials from supplier, feedback the progress of quality defect issues cause by suppliers’ products in time and claim the supplier to improve. 

5.Responsible for formulating the checking specification and checking plan for incoming check department, and timely training for inspectors. 

6. Follow customer claim issue in the solution of customer problem originated by supplier. 

7.Statistical summary the suppliers’ quality status and scored every month or quarter, and ask deadline improvement for low grades suppliers.   

8. Complete other tasks arranged by manager.   

 Qualifications: 

1. College or above degree.

2.At least 3 year experience in manufactory control process:  plastic injection, welding, die casting , painting process, steel press, machining, assembly components and relative test

3. Appreciated experience/knowledge about compressors, pneumatic and/or oleodinamic tools qualification.              

4. Good English in reading, speaking and writing.

5. Good at software of Words and Excel and statistical tools.

6. Know the APQP and  PPAP methodology

7. Problem solving oriented able to lead/persuade supplier give effective solution.

8. Basic Knowledge of purchasing logic and engineering logic in supplier/component evaluation.

9. Basic experience of QC tools for product quality evaluation and quality trend analysis

10. Basic experience of CPK, 8D, FMEA.
