主要职责：

1. 验证及推动作业指导书和技术文件的更新，以便在生产线上使用。

2. 评估首件检验，回顾首件失败报告，采取纠正措施。通知并指导线长培训员工，在生产返工或维修后再次检查。

3. 监控和纠正生产线员工的操作方法，每日巡查装配线，比如检查，审核和耐压测试。

4. 主导处理质量问题，将IQC-供应商和最终检验联系起来，确保装配的连续性。

5. 准备不合格报告并跟进解决方案，对生产线的质量数据进行分析，并推动改善措施完成。

6. 主导解决生产线的质量问题，确保完成纠正措施和预防措施f，以避免再次发生。

7. 培训线长和员工质量标准，和生产，技术等部门合作，提高生产线的质量。

8. 检查测试设备和量具，确保生产线正确的使用。

9. 完成经理安排的其他任务   

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上过程质量工作经验，在产品组装和检验经验；

3. 有空气压缩机和气动工具的质量/检验知识者优先；

4. 了解机械的安全要求。

5. 良好的英语读、说、写的能力；

6. 熟练使用Word、excel软件和统计工具；

7. 熟悉复杂产品的装配工艺

8. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系知识、质量工具知识及有内审证书者优先。

9. 具备良好的团队合作和沟通技巧

10. 具备快速学习的能力

Main Responsibilities：   

1. Validate and update of Working Instruction and Engineering documents for use on assembly line.  

2. Make and review the first part batch inspection. First part fail inspection report review and implement the corrective actions. Inform and instruct the line leader, training the worker, and inspect again after production repair/rework. 

3. Control and Correct the workers operation on the assembly line. Production line quality routine management, such as inspection, audit and endurance test.

4. Lead to handle quality problems, linking IQC - supplier and final inspection in order to assure assembly continuity.

5. Prepare not conformities report and follow up. 

Do production line quality data analysis and initiates improvement actions

6. Lead to handle quality issues on production line and ensure CAPA implemented to avoid recurring.

7. Train line leader and workers quality standard and cooperate with PD, TE to improve quality on the line. 

8. Inspect test machine and measure tools, make sure production use it well.

9. Complete other tasks arranged by manager.   

Qualifications: 

1. College or above degree.

2. 3+ years’ process quality experience in equipment manufacturing / machinery industry / relevant products  assembly and inspection. 

3. Quality/Inspection knowledge for Air compressor and Pneumatic tools is preferred. 

4. Understand the safety requirement for machinery 

5. Good English in reading、speaking and writing.

6. Good use of software: Word and Excel and statistical tools.  Skillful in Office

7. Good knowledge of the assembly process for complex products 

8. Good knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools and internal auditor certificate are preferred. 

9. Team player with good communication skill.

10. Quick study ability.
