岗位职责 Responsibilit：
1. 通过邮件、电话的方式和韩国客户沟通，提供售前售后的相关信息咨询；
  Getting Korean customers’ inquiries and providing solution by call and e-mail；
2. 协助客查询订单的更新处理，处理一般投诉。
  Communication among partners to solve problems；
任职资格 Requirements：
1. 精通韩语；
  Proficient in Korean；
2. 熟练掌握办公软件，会使用 Word、Excel 等办公软件与邮件收发；
  One who is skilled at MS offic
3. 有较强的客户服务意识；
  One who is willing to render affectionate service to others
4. 有较好的沟通能力，有呼叫中心客服相关工作经验者优先；
  One who wants to be professional  service provider with refined words and precisely 
intended tone of voice skill
5. 韩国籍需要是本科学历同时有两年相关工作经验；
 Korean should has bachelor’s degree and at least two years experiences in service 
related fields.
工作时间&工资 Working Time & Salary：
上班时间：做五休二，08:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00
韩籍税前综合薪资：
Expats:
税前 13800 元（gross）= 基本薪资 7300 元 (Base Pay) + 岗位津贴 2000 元 (Post Allowance) + 岗位绩效 2500 元 (Post Performance) + 住房津贴 2000 元 (Housing Allowance)
