Major Duties

1. Communicate and coordinate the  affairs related with supplier quality, support on supplier quality performance  improvement
2. Understand the product or  material quality requirement, prepare the quality assurance agreement, to make  sure that the requirements are fully understood by supplier
3. Execute the supplier system  audit or process audit, to make sure that the supplier can provide a stable and  consistent product quality
4. Support the qualification of  new supplier or new product
5. Deal with the complaint from  the plants and DCs, follow up the correct action and effectiveness
6. Gather and analysis the global  supplier quality data, make plan for continuous improvement
7. Continuous improve the supplier  quality performance through supplier training or audit process
8. Execute systems and  certification actions in department
9. Any other tasks assigned by  supervisor

Competence

1. Bachelor’s degree or above,  major in Material 、 Optics or related
2. Minimum 2 years of experience  in manufacturing or optics related industries, supplier quality function
3. Familiar with quality tools,  process audit(VDA 6.3), and with good English skill
4. Familiar with the APQP tools  preferred
5. Good communication and execution  skill
