Responsibilities 职责:
Push factory and make sure factory book vessel on time 催促工厂准时订舱
Organize shipment container to save cost 集合工厂的订舱确保每个集装箱装满，节省费用
Push factory to send documents to us then forwarder to Australia, for FOB need create
Licensing essential format PL,CI and upload in customer system.催促工厂准时提交单据。FOB
订单需要制作自己公司的 PL,CI 上传到客户系统
Create shipment number within 2days after packing list received. 制作 shipment number
Push factory to send payment documents 5days after shipment then forward invoice to
account 催工厂提交付款单据，并且保存在公司共享文件中。
Track ETD、ETA and update this information in shipment number 跟踪 ETD、ETA 有变动要在
AP21 系统中更新并告知国外 buyer
Check and collect COO, FCR and BL PL and PD 检查和收集 COO,FCR,BL,PL 和 PD
Coordinate with Australia warehouse and merchandiser to make sure every order deliver 同
澳洲仓库和国内跟单员合作确保订单准时准确到达仓库。
 Training for factory to make bookings via Retailer online portals 指导工厂在客户的系统
里订舱? Work closely with the procurement team regarding shipment acceptance, delays,
shortages, paperwork
与采购部紧密联系，有任何关于交期，延期，短装和文件方面要及时沟通。

Required Experience 相关经验:
1、At least 3 years’experience in document coordination involving international trade.3 年以上单证或跟单经验
2、Australia Customer experience will be good 有澳洲单证工作者优先考虑
3、Understand system like AX, PLM or AP21 了解系统操作，比如 AX,PLM 或者 AP21

Required Skills 技能要求:
1、Written and spoken English. 良好英语书面和口头表达
2、Intermediate Excel & Word skills. 熟练操作 Excel 和 Word
3、Strong interpersonal  良好的人际关系
4、Well versed and adaptable to learning new ERP systems、 Retail Portals 善于接受和学习
