? Global Customer Shipments (On Time Delivery) 

? Master Planning, Supply Planning and Operations Management (Foundries, Backend Suppliers) 

? Inventory Management (Inventory Turns, E&O).

? Resolve any abnormal issue on the production/shipping/MIS (B2B, transaction system)

任职资格:

1. More than 3 years in IC operation planning or NPI experience.

2. Good communication skill in English.

工作职责:

1. 全球客户发货（准时交货）

2. 总体规划、供应规划和运营管理 (Foundries, Backend Suppliers)

3. 库存管理 (Inventory Turns, E&O)。

4. 解决生产/运输/MIS（B2B、交易系统）上的任何异常问题

任职资格:

1. 3年以上IC运营规划或NPI经验。

2. 良好的英语沟通能力。
